Meet The Multipack
This coming Saturday will see the first official meeting of the original Multipack members. Since our initial meeting in Walsall back in October (it seems an age away!), there has been many ongoing debates and conversations between members about what the group are about, what our initiative is, but the majority of our energy was unfortunately taken up on the topic of our name. We had numerous ideas being thrown around but after a very well put comment from Chris L, we all came together and realised the error of our ways and decided on the rather appropriate name of “Multipack”.
Having secured the relevant domain names, we are now moving on to the important task of getting a powerful and relevant logo and website together. (Please forgive my poor effort for a holding page - my intention was to keep the design as clean and low-impact as possible as to not create any early critiques.) Among other topics, this weekend will be an ideal opportunity to talk designs and layouts, and hopefully come to an agreement in some shape or form.
If you are reading this and thinking of joining us for a beverage, please do come along. Our current number is hovering around the ten mark (some members are less active than others) but that isn’t a final number. It is always an open invite to our events and look forward to meeting new individuals. You don’t even need to know anything - come along to learn if you want!

Thanks for dropping by my website, unfortunately I can’t make it to the meeting on Saturday, but I am interested in joining the Multipack, so I’ll get in touch about that.

Check your inbox Rob. There should be an invite to the admin section where you can join in the conversations while we’re in the setting up process.
(To all those who are interested in joining, you can either email join[at]multipack[dot]co[dot]uk or just post a comment. Once we have got a forum setup, it’ll be a much simpler process. Just bear with us while we discuss and decide on our initial setup.)
